The five stages of sleep and find the right bed

There have been tests were taken and there are five stages through we all sleep when we go and it is very interesting about the series of events to know us, sleeping and waking. Here is a descent on the five steps we go through;

Phase 1 is the beginning of the sleep cycle and the part where we are in light sleep and is the place where it is easy to wake someone. This is the part between wakefulness and sleep. All five steps include different types of brain waves that are produced and reared produce theta waves in phase 1 amp. This stage lasts only sleep about 5 minutes, phase 2 begins to kick in.

Phase two begins and usually takes somewhat longer than the first step to 20 minutes. You start to relax in the second stage, and lowers the body temperature and heart rate slowed. This applies even where the brain produces sleep spindles, the bursts primarily in brain activity.

The third phase of sleep is the time between light sleep and deep sleep and the fourth stage is deep sleep, and here it is very difficult to wake someone up in the fourth stage there is little muscle activity and eye movements, and that is when the person in a deep sleep falls.

The fifth and final stage is called REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement). This final step involves an eye movement and brain activity as the body from a deep sleep increased and that’s where many dreams occur because of the increased activity of the brain. When we sleep we go through the five phases in order, but the clock does not occur in reverse order.

Babies tend to spend half their time in REM sleep, while the adults spend the majority of sleep spent in stage 2 with about 20% in REM sleep and 30% split between all other stages. The type of bed we have a massive impact on the nature of sleep, we are sure that your body a chance to go through all five steps in creating a high quality bed.
