The high turnout for the ninth edition

The participating teams in the ninth edition of the event are from Vietnam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. The category of women is not disputed in this year.

Organizing Committee Chairman Oommen Koshy said the junior competition, which will be held today, 24 teams – 16 boys to fight and eight girls -.

The junior tournament in its fourth edition, is part of the development program for CBC Sports in the country.

Sponsors for the tournament Carlsberg, are Universal Fitness, Nestle and High.

After a break of two years, the U.S. men’s 8-K Championship in 2011 will be resumed, USA Track & Field announced yesterday. The championship is the first time since 2008 in Caramel, Indiana, Saturday, June 11, part of a festival of the new race called the Caramel Marathon Championships held on the weekend. A grant from the total price will be offered 000, and the race will be part of the track in 2011 USA Road.

“After a championship is in our backyard USATF ability to connect with our local community,” USATF CEO Doug Logan said in a statement to the 15 mile (24 km) away from USATF headquarters in Indianapolis and Caramel. “With the growth of long distance running as a social movement and the number of events are offered in Caramel, is running this country runners the chance to have on stage one day that celebrates the best of our sport has to offer.”

But the date for the championship can be problematic for athletes and coaches. The race date is only two weeks before the USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon, where the best drivers must attend the distance American to be elected for the national team for the World Championship of 2011 track and field (three in each case for the time standard applicable at the international level, the team). While some buses, the 8-K, to be seen as a good opportunity to tune-up for the national title championships, others may consider it risky to perform initial performance on the national title may go down.

The most recent took place in Frühjahr.Von 2002 to 2005, then 2007 to 2008, the championship was held in New York and by the New York Road Runners (the championship was not held since 1993, before he resurrected the Road Runners).
