Why lack of sleep, the symptoms of sleep apnea is worse?
Joët question: why sleep deprivation study of sleep apnea symptoms worse? I have recently had a sleep and found that I have obstructive sleep apnea and I am waking up at night – often several times. I go through cycles where the problem is complicated, a night of poor sleep leads to a further worst night of interrupted sleep, and so on – sometimes for a month or longer. I’ve heard that sleep deprivation makes it worse the symptoms of sleep apnea, and when I am looking for the right treatment, I was only to know why interest – What is the mechanism that causes what? Very vigorous exercise during the day or early evening may have the same effect. Thank you for all positions. Best answer:

In fact, sleep apnea is a condition where you actually stop breathing during sleep. For most people, what causes you wake up quickly, for others it is a life threatening situation (especially for infants and toddlers). I guess if you do not get much rest when you finally sleep your body is so tired, it is difficult to wake your body when you take your breath away. Even if your body eventually train of light sleep, to avoid possibly, apnea, when you finally get some sleep your body falls into a deeper sleep. This makes it harder for your body to prevent apnea. I suggest you take plenty of rest as soon as possible. I think you should be a sleep apnea monitor, you get to your doctor. This will sound an alarm to wake you up when you stop breathing in, or if your oxygen saturation drops below a certain percentage. This may alleviate some of your concerns and help you sleep better at night. Just an idea. Good luck.
